Symptoms related period or pregnancy

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Had 2 pills of unwanted 72 during my cycle. Got light bleeding between cycle for 4 days. Now periods are late by 10 days. Took 3 pregnancy test all appeared negative. Now feeling pin pain in feet and hands. When will my period arrive? Or i should go for bhcg test? Any chance of pregnancy?
