I had sex for first time but after 1 day i observed some hardness or say hard tissue on upper and sides of pennis, there is no pain or any change when erected. For safety I masturbuate but here is no pain at pain,but hardness is same when in normal position since 5-6 days. Is it symptoms of pyronies disease
