Symptoms of ectopic pregnancy. Inputs!

My Wife(32) is pregnant with 1st trimester(8-9 weeks). She is having various symptoms that resonates ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage like constant  considerable abdomen pain. She had sufficient vaginal bleeding relapse where we had to take her to emergency. Since this afternoon she is having sharp pain in right shoulder in joint area along side abdomen pain. In diagnosis we had ultrasound three times in span of 3 weeks both before and after bleeding episode and there is no sign of any complications like any bleeding in uterus or free fluid in cul-de-sacs. FHR is 149 in latest ultrasound after bleeding episode. Medicines prescribed are duphaston 2tabs BD, Pregnidoxine BD, for bleeding Trexana 500 TDS, Proluton 500mg Inj weekly, HUCOG 5000 HP Inj once,Trexana Inj once during bleeding For abdomen pain doctor prescribed cyclopam BD 3 days, then Duvdilan Tab BD with little to no effect. For shoulder pain, Gave PCM 500 tab but no effect. Please your suggestions and inputs
