Sir/Madam, Is only body pain that too only a specific part of body (without any other symptoms) could be sign of Covid? Or it (Covid) involves fully body aches along with any one or two other symptoms?

There are numbers of conditions where there might be body pain. Not to be panic as everything is covid. There might be fever,  cough and respiratory distress .....and exposure or contact history in suspected case of covid..
Next Steps
Take body temperature and if any respiratory distress develops consult immediately with doctor. if travel history or exposure keep yourself isolated from other family members.
Health Tips
Use mask properly whenever you are going out. Try to maintain physical distance of at least 3 feet.
