She is having brownish skin pigmentation on forehead, above the eyebrows , nose, and both the cheeks. Its been more than 7-8 years. She have visited many doctors but with no results

You are developing Melasma on the cheeks. First and foremost, sunprotection is very important. If you don't do that, it will never go. So this is required all your life.
