Swollen wrist and acute pain
Patient Name: Mr. Sajal Kumar Roy Age: 74 Years; Weight: 75 kg Medical History: June 2006: CAD, S/P PTCA with stent to LAD and RCA June 2017: Triple vessel coronary artery disease with Left main disease with patent stent in LAD & PLV; patient underwent PTCA with stent to LAD and RCA December 2017: CABG Current Condition: Complain of foot pain and swelling around 15th March 2020; after diagnosis of Uric Acid patient was prescribed with Medicines Cefamid, Lizokef, Enzolon and Ketoral DT. Swelling reduced but took a month's time. On 23rd April, patient again started feeling swelling and inflammation in right wrist joint. Right wrist is now heavily swollen and red in colour.

Continue previous medication Take tab lyser d twice daily for 5 days Report to near hospital if doesn't work
