Swollen up penis area after imiquad trea

Asked for Male, 34 Years

After showing myself to doctors and also getting the blood test results(which came out to be negative) regarding the genital warts doctor asked me to apply imiquad cream and after a week or so my penis is all swollen up, paining and a fluid sort thing is also coming out which i have to keep cleaning. Is this normal?
