It is not possible to call a lesion as cancerous or not only based on the description that you have given. Uploading a clinical picture of the affected area will be the most basic requirement to give you a rational suggestion. Also please understand that 10 days is too less a time to expect reversal of the damaging effects of tobacco. With the clinical examination, the dentist will also take a detailed clinical history about your tobacco usage in regards to the number of cigarettes smoked per day and the duration of smoking. The symptoms in the throat could be because of throat infection also and it would be better if you get yourself examined by an ENT specialist for the same. Search for an oral pathologist in your vicinity using Practo and try to consult him as soon as possible for your queries. Regards.
