Swollen Right Nipple

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I am 18.5 years old and since 2 month their is little bit swelling on the right nipple and i feel pain during sleeping when some pressure is applied,the left nipple is alright neither pain nor swelling. Also its hard under the right nipple when i touch while its not that in case of left one.
