Swollen puffy eyes

There's always a constant swelling over my eyes (like chinese people eyes) and it feels like heaviness and tiredness all over the day in eyes... Sometimes pain originates from the back of the eyes and terminates at the lower back head portion and it's quite irritating since the pain won't let me do any work even if i try to sleep i could't fall asleep, i couldn't focus well, also have to face light sensitivity. Can anyone account for this problem?

You should consult ophthmologist & get your refraction checked up ,if prescribed any glass , you should wear antiglare glass & use lubricating eye drops (Refresh liquigel)4-5 times .If you. don't get any relief you should consult neurologist.
