Age 37, I have noticed swollen lymph node one month ago. US supported FNAC done and nothing identified. I had tuborcolosis 3 yrs ago for which I had taken ATT for 14 month. This time it is not identified. Feel pain in left knee index finger and little breathing problem at the time of bed. What to do please suggest?

FNAC is not very sensitive method to diagnose tuberculosis. Sometimes repeat FNAC may be required. But its very important to assess the node clinically. Only if its significant then further tests are required. Consult nearby ENT specialist or pulmanologist for further help
