Swollen lymph nodes, stomach and head pa

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hello, a year ago I had unprotected sex. Ever since I have had health problems without a diagnosis. I was tested for all STDs including HIV and everything came back negative. At the time of my exposure I developed symptoms similar to HIV seroconversion (rash, swollen lymph nodes, night sweats, diarreah) and I had an abnormal wbc. Ever since this my wbc is always abnormal either the complete count or some cells increased or decreased. Do you have any idea on what this could be?
