Swollen lymph nodes
My mother aged 43 have got swollen nodes below the ear. This happened immediately the next day after she had ice cream. We consulted general doctor, with antibiotics it got cured. But after some days she had sweets and chocolates so the swollen nodes again came below the ear. She has cavities in teeth for around 3 tooth.
General surgeon suggested to remove the tooth with roots since that is causing the bacteria infection. She has pain only with the swollen nodes not the teeth.
Can anyone suggest what is the issue or who would be the right person to consult?
