Swollen lymph nodes
Hi, I have been experiencing continuous ear blockage, occasional earache headache combined and slightly swollen submandibular lymph nodes from 5 years now. Accord. other doctors... it is because of Post nasal drip. The mucus is flowing inside my eustachian tube and causing the problem and getting triggered by dry air. Since last few months. There is a node on my neck of about pea size. It is not painful or tender to touch and a little harder than usual. And I have 2 more tender nodes swollen on my back. One near my backbone and other near my waist. I am worried if this is due to some major underlying problem. I consulted a doctor around 2 weeks ago. She wrote allegra and one nasal spray. And told me to do USG of the node. the reports are back. I am attaching the report. I will consult her tomorrow. Till then please take a look and suggest. Can it be lymphoma? Regards, Amit Joshi

You can consult a surgeon who would do a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis and further line of treatment
