  4. Swollen lymph node on right neck. Help!

Swollen lymph node on right neck .
Sir , i am a smoker for past 4 months and i smoke 6 cigarette on average per day...yesterday morning when i was bathing I accidently touched my neck and i found a lump very small in size soft and movable but it's not visible i am just feeling it ...i am very scared idk what to do...please help
