Doctor l am having swollen lymph nodes since last 5 months. In December i had done a usg neck and it revealed three swollen lymph nodes . One was 7 mm , 9mm and the big one was 12mm . Doctor today again I have done a USG and the size of two smal lymph nodes have decreased and it's now 6mm and 5 mm but the big one is still the same 12mm . It hasn't decreased nor increased.. it has remained the same .
I dont have any symptoms nor any pain in the lymph node in neck.
Doctor is there anything to worry about?

Lymph nodes with a short axis greater than 10 mm (mm) are usually considered abnormal; exceptions are deep cervical lymph nodes, in which a maximum diameter of 15 mm is considered within normal limits.
