  4. Swollen lump under jaw. Is this lump?

Swollen lump under jaw
My baby boy is only 7 days old. He had a black spot under his jaw from the 1st day. But today we saw a lump at that place today. We saw black border at that lump. He has no fever. No cold. But sometimes he sneezed and cough. Appetite is good. What is this lump??
