Hello, as per your clinical history is concerned you can take (ALCEF-TZ)1000 mg inj once a day for 7 days and add oral medication (AB-FAX-AZ TAB) twice a day for 14 days.
Do follow few preventive steps like this-
1) Wash your wound daily with soap and water. Do this gently as part of your normal bathing.
2)Apply a protective cream or ointment (Neosporin)
3)Cover your wound with a bandage.Change bandages at least daily.Watch for signs of infection.
