  4. Swollen leg. The portion when touched.

Hello, My dad is diabetic since past 15 years. Recently his left leg is swollen ( from the knee till the ankle ) and the skin color is red and he has little pain over the portion when touched.

he might be having cellulitis... act before it's too late.. consult a orthopaedic surgeon
