Swollen in the left leg knee

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Last week i fall down t floor due to which i got hurt in my left leg knee, i use liquid betadin which help in healing fast, but later at night i feel of itching near to the place where i got hurt and scratch the part , after that my knee and near by all part is swollen and i am in deep pain due to which not even able to bend my leg any urgent help
