Swollen foreskin

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have been facing this problem from past 3 months suddenly when i woke in the morning i noticed some pain near my foreskin it has become hard and it was paining when i tried to pull back sometime there's some whitish thing but when i clean up it becomes normal colour but still i am not able to pull back my foreskin
