Sudden tightness of foreskin
My foreskin and penis were perfectly fine and the skin used to roll back normally no tightness or no pain. I happened to masturbate a lot one day and suddenly the foreskin is now too tight to roll back. Doesn't roll back easily as it used to and if rolled it back forcibly then it would press the penis tight as if an elastic band attached to it.
