  4. Swollen forehead. Please suggest?

Swollen forehead
Hi, I was absolutely fine but when I woke up yesterday, I had a swelling developed on my forehead. I consulted a general physician yesterday, he suggested some medicines and tests but the swelling has increased till a little above my left eye now and the physician has advised to consult a neuro surgeon now. Could someone please suggest? Regards, Abhinav

Hi Abhinav. Dr Arpit here. I am a neurologist. I would like to know few more details about the swelling before I give my opinion. Is the swelling painful ? Is it only in the forehead or is it in the eyelid as well? Any other illness you would like your physician to know ? Any trauma ? Any redness in the swelling? Any fever?

1. please do send me 2-3  clear photograph of the swelling from different angles 2. Has any test like CT scan has been done for you ? if yes please upload the images. Regards
