Swollen eye with prickly feel
My mother inlaw has developed a swollen right eye from yesterday (upper half). Eye is watery, complains of a small bubble like thing behind eye lashes with prickly feel. Please suggest what can be administered. Thanks in advance!

For confirmation of diagnosis a picture of the ey would help. It may also be a stye infection of the glands of the eyelid. Usually stye is associated with pain.
Next Steps
The main treatment is hot fomentation atleast 2 to 3 times/ day so that the pores of the gland open up and the secretions can come out. You can also take a pain killer like combiflam to reduce the pain.

We need picture to confirm As per your symptom it looks like meibomian(eyelid gland)occlusion with dry eye Need to start lacryl ultra eye drop 4/day And osmega 300 mg capsule one capsule per day for 2 months Need to do warm compression of Both eyes twice a day There is a device caller thermopulsion which you can use for that
