Swollen external vaginal area

Hi, I’ve a slight swelling where the external part of the vaginal lining and the thigh connect, the swollen area seems to be pretty hot, also there’s a burning sensation everytime I try to move my thigh or walk or bend, seems like there’s a nerve or skin stretching. And, a very small circular part seems to be hard beneath the skin in one of the swollen area. Any kind of help will be appreciated! Thank you!
