Swollen area base of tongue
I was recently on abx for a cellulitis caused by Pneumovax vaccine. Finished approx Aug 25. The past week I have what feels like swelling at the base of my tongue, left side( villous looking tissue) I can feel it especially with swallowing. From what I can see with a flash light, I don't see reddens or ulceration

As it is unilateral and recently noticed..need more evaluations.. need to be differentiated whether benign or malignant.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
