Swine flue
My son -15 months baby was confirmed with H1N1on last week,we immediately consulted doctor and he was given syrup to cure. After 5 days we again conulted with the doctors they told that he is normal. Now he is suffering with cough, cold and tiredness still he is active and eating food. Still my doubt is does he completly cured from the disease and how to take care over him.kindly suggest.

Occasional cough will persist for two weeks ...... If the child is treated for 5days of antiviral then no need to treat him more.... for any viral illness there will be tiredness for a week .... No worries .....Give him plenty of liquids ..... and consult your Paediatrician and go for regular flu vaccination every year..... Though it's an optional vaccine it needs to be done under five age group because they are high risk category .....
