Treatment depends upon whether you have upper respiratory tract involvement alone or both upper and lower respiratory tract involvement. Take anti flu medication for 5 days which will only be given with a doctors prescription. Adequate bed rest and hydrate yourself properly with frequent intake of water, fruit juices and coconut water. Do not stress too much.
