  4. Swelling on vulva (left side) . Cubes?

Swelling on vulva(left side).
I'm feeling extreme pain 😭 nd I visited gynecologist but no relief. She gave me pain killers nd said to take sitz bath but when I'm taking sitz bath, I feel more swelling on my vulva(left side). Can I stop to take sitz bath nd use ice cubes??
