Swelling on one side of the face

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My husband has a swelling on one side of his face since 2 days. The swelling is without any pain. No mark of any insect bite or itching. The swelling is under the eyes till mouth along with the cheek. I am worried what is the issue. Please tell me what this could be and why. Any medicine for this.
