Swelling on head of penis
My penis head has been swelling from past couple of days. Penis tip has turned to red, sometimes I have itchy sensation on tip of my penis. There is also a white discharge on tip of penis. However there is no pain while urinating.
Please help me with this problem.
Do I need to consult urologist for these kind of problem.? Or is it ok to consult general physician.?

Hi, it could be fungal infection or std, pls visit doctor CTO start treatment or u can consult me online personally to start treatment.
