Swelling of Urethra, pus discharge
For the past 4 days, i have a burning sensation during urinating, and pus discharge atleast twice a day, especially during morning. I had a minor Injury to the genital area, but I am concerned if it is an STD. What remedies should I take up

It's Urethritis probably due to STD
