Swelling of the inner layer of foreskin.

I have had a little bump on my foreskin and frequent problems with my urination for the last 6 months, a month ago i took an appointment with a doctor, he gave me antiboitics for 5 days and gentalene cream, I firstly hesitated to apply gentalene cream on that sopt but then i started applying and after 6 days that area started burning so much, I had to stop applying, and now it has swollen a lot and there is a white discharge from that part, it is not in the glans but just below where the glans ends,(I am uncircumcised), it is in the back side, it was itching a lot and now it has started paining, i have been trying to get proper medication for it for the last 4 months and now it has got worse, it is red and even water hurts
