I have a swelling behind ear it's small lump we can just feel but not visible 4 years back also I had this it went by itself now also I'm having when I press on it with pressure then it will pain is it serious

It's not serious.
It's a post auricular lymph node swelling.
The lymph nodes behind the ear are called the posterior auricular lymph nodes. A lymph node can swell if exposed to foreign material.
