Swelling insides of right lower cheek
My son noticed mild swelling yesterday and it became visible enough to notice the difference in the right lower cheek / jaw. It is only paining upon touch. There is nothing visible in the mouth or teeth area. Please advise. Photo attached. Thank you. Regards, Saidulu
