Swelling inside neck
Seems like at the shown position there's a little bit of swelling on the lymph node, its a little painful sometimes when i touch otherwise no issues. Recently while working out in gym after lifting heavy i found that when i blew air to my cheek in right side, there was a splashy kind of sound near tmj, and recently i have been having the problem of dry buccal mucosa in both sides as well. This lymph node is not visible outside but when i palpate only then i csn feel it and a little tender it is, a online doctor suggested fnac, should I go for fnac or show to local ent? And recently i did a cbc, it showed 52% lymphocytes, little reduced pcv % and monocytes to be 0. M i suffering from any infection? Please co relate with the cbc report and guide me!
