Swelling in testis
From few days I am facing a swelling problem in one of my testis. I am not pretty sure if it is swelling or a lump has grown. At times it is painful.

Hello, Most testicle lumps occur because of an injury. However, birth defects and other factors can also cause lumps in the testicles like varicocele, hydrocele, epididemal cyst, testicular torsion. If you have no history of injury you must consult general surgeon for evaluation . Treatment will be a decided later on.
