Hello sir from past 3 years my testicles is larger in size I guess hydrocele but today accidentally I read on Google I found that it may be due to cancer please sir reply is this because of cancer I call my local doctor he told don't worry since it is there for 3 years it is not cancer but sir I want advice from you
