Swelling in ovary after cyst operation

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My sister had operated for cyst in her ovary .She is 28 year old. After 8 months she was feeling pain in her stomach. She did ultra sound and that reault a swelling in the tube. She was given medicine but after one month she again did ultra sound . That swellen or cyst was become little big. Is it something really serious or normal .please help me as I am so tens about her .
