Bulky uterus and ovaries
Im 34 years old and unmarried no children.
In ultrasound it shows my Uterus appear bulky in size measuring 81*70*48mm and posterior wall intramural fibroids measuring 40*50mm.
Both ovaries appear bulky & shows multiple peripherally arranged small follicles with thick echogenic stroma.
What does it mean and there is any way to recover it.kindly please explain it.
