Swelling in neck
Swelling in neck since yesterday, hard and painful. It's increased in area as well. Was recently diagnosed for lack of vitamin d. Also have severe hair fall as well.

Swelling may be lymphadenitis. Hair fall may be due to hypothyroidism or anaemia. Consult physician.
