Swelling in my ankle
While playing football ankle of my left leg get bend and my ankle is swelled so I have little pain while walking

pain and swelling in ankle due to twist may be caused by ligament structures around ur ankle joint and foot or due to problems in bones in ankle u can better consult a Physiotherapist near you to find out the problem and treat it
till that u can give ice massage for 15 min twice daily if the problem is less then 3 days if more than that go for some hot water bath
keep ur legs on a pillow while you r lying and don't put lot of weight in ur left leg while walking
