Get full evaluation done by a physician/nephrologist. Basic renal function assessment includes urine examination routine and microscopic,blood urea,serum creatinine,assessment of EGFR,ultrasonography of abdomen especially for KUB region.along with clinical parameters assessment. Treatment as per cause .
