Swelling in Leg due to injury
Got a hit in shin area while playing soccer a month back..
It got swelled with pain while touching..
Currently, no pain with oly swelling..
Does it needs attention ..
If yes, should I consult general physician or orthopedic..

If there is only swelling and no pain then bony injury is unlikely .and if no fever then infection is unlikely.Go for usg of shin and if haematoma is present ,it has to be evacuated.

Since it's been a month And as you say swelling is still present
You should consult an orthopedician in my opinion.
