Swelling in leg
Dear Sir , I have fallen down from compound wall which was around 5-6 feet , I had fallen down on my left leg left side , consulted local orthopaedic Dr , He got X Ray and he confirmed there is No Fracture , but I have mild pain near knee when I try to fold my leg and stretch , I hear some sound as well , Dr said take medicine for 10days post that consult there might be nerve injury mri can be done later , but from the next day of fall I got swelling , next day leg below knee is swelling , Am worried please suggest .

Maybe internal injury, require clinical examination and mri scan

Take bed rest, apply knee support and do quadriceps exercise. Tab enzomac plus twice a day after meals
