Swelling in left throat
Swelling in left nymph node . Pain when pressed. Swelling prevails past three months about . No sign of malignancy in FNAC test. Turboculin test negative Manataux test negative. Mild increase in pancriatic hormones , Bilirubin. Monocyte count increased as per blood test. Sign of respiratory tract infectoon. Advised for Biopsy. Suggestion needed.

Lymph nodes in the neck are very common findings and most of them are not pathological. They are commonly due to routine dermatological, dental, throat infections. They slowly reduce in size after treatment of the primary problem
Next Steps
Since FNAC has come negative you need not worry. Biopsy is required only if it increases in size of more than 1.5cm,if many more swellings appear or if it becomes acutely painful
