Swelling in left neck
A well defined rounded lesion is noted on upper part of neck on left side.The lesion is noted behind sub-mandibular gland and appears iso intense on T1WI and hyperintense on T2WI showing heterogeneous enhancement after IV contrast injection. The lesion is situated just posterior to bifurcation of carotid artery and measures - 3.5cmx3.0cmx4.6cm in size. The nasopharynx,oropharynx,larynogopharynx regions appears normal with no evidence of mass lesion identified. The parapharynagal fat planes appears preserved. Intermascular fat planes appears normal. Thyroid,paratoid & Submandilur glands appears normal.Carotid vessels normal, no evidence of significant lymph nodes. No evidence of significant interverbral disc herniations or cord compression identified in the visualized cervical spines. No evidence of bony erosion seen, atlanto axial articulation appears normal . No feature to suggest basilar invagination or chiary malformation seen. Above is my MRI Scan with contrast so please suge
