  4. Swelling in hand. Walking. pls help!

Swelling in hand
Yesterday i had a small fight where my hand got swelled and has bruise marks (neel in hindi). It pains when i use it for doing something. Similar thing happened with the thumb of my left foot, it is also swelled and i am facing difficulties while walking. Pls help!
