Hello. There is a uncle of mine . He is over weight. His feet are always swelled up and legs remains paining . Whom to consult ???

hello there. is he a diabetic? or a hypertensive? he could be having DVT or cellulitis. get it checked out by a orthopedician or a general surgeon. do it ASAP. he may require blood tests and certain other tests. regards
