Irritation, pain, swelling, red eye, headache (use of computers necessary)
Started from the left eye and spread, the upper part swelled first pain started after swelling and then gradually the lower part also swelled but is kind of normal now.

B lid massage
C. Apply antibiotic ointment like azithromycin over lid margins
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis

You have developed blepharitis both eyes and since you are a regular computer user hence it seems to be aggravated by computer vision syndrome.
Please put moxicip eye drops 2hrly for about 2wks and lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids regularly
