You have developed blepharitis both eyes and since you are a regular computer user hence it seems to be aggravated by computer vision syndrome. Please put moxicip eye drops 2hrly for about 2wks and lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids regularly
Next Steps
Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches. please wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and also do cold compresses with ice and consume lot of fresh fruit and vegetables and don't sit facing towards ac or blowers.
